As the body ages muscles can feel sore for longer than they usually would, especially after physical activity. Sometimes it can be difficult to complete normally easy tasks such as opening a jar or putting on socks. And sometimes you just get muscle and joint aches and pains. We can help you feel and move better by reducing pain and stiffness, improving your mobility (which may include advice regarding equipment such as walking sticks or frames) and using specific exercises to improve your balance and prevent falls. We’re passionate about helping you to stay as active as you can while keeping your stiffness and aches at bay. Our Pilates and hydrotherapy classes are great to help maintain your mobility. If you’re over 65 and looking for a gentler exercise class our healthy ageing and osteoporosis class is ideal for you.
