How do I join a Class?

Prior to joining a session, you will attend a individual consultation where your Physiotherapist will carry out an initial thorough assessment to develop a personalised program, specific to you and your needs. Your Physio will reassess you regularly and help you progress towards your goals. These goals may be the improvement of your posture, flexibility, strength and tone in the treatment of back, neck, hip, knee or other pain; recovery from injury or surgery; or managing arthritis and other conditions. Each session is supervised by a physiotherapist and we will give you advice regarding your program and individual exercises using a variety of exercises, strengthening and rehabilitation equipment.

In addition to the physical benefits, physio exercise sessions also contribute to the psychological well-being of patients. Engaging in regular exercise under the guidance of a physiotherapist can provide a sense of empowerment and control over one’s health. When are the classes?
