Group Physio Exercise
Do you suffer from back, neck or other joint pain? Are you recovering from an injury or surgery? Do you suffer from arthritis? If you do, our Group Physio Exercise Sessions might be for you. Evidence-based exercise programs are a powerful way to recover from injury and many common conditions.
Prior to joining a session, your Physiotherapist will carry out an initial thorough assessment to develop a personalised program, specific to you and your needs. Your Physio will continue to reassess you regularly and help you progress towards your goals. These goals may be the improvement of your posture, flexibility, strength and tone in the treatment of back, neck, hip, knee or other pain; recovery from injury or surgery; or managing arthritis and other conditions. Each session is supervised by a physiotherapist and we will give you advice regarding your program and individual exercises using a variety of exercises, strengthening and rehabilitation equipment.
