Position Overview:
As a Client Experience Officer, you will be at the forefront of our clinic’s interactions with clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every client receives exceptional care and has a positive experience throughout their journey with us. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Managing client appointments, ensuring scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
- Providing detailed information about our services, including treatment options, pricing, and insurance coverage.
- Assisting clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Answering client inquiries and addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with our team of physiotherapists to ensure seamless coordination of client care.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating our database as required.
- Managing client feedback and taking appropriate measures to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the clinic environment.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as managing inventory and ordering supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and compassion towards clients, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist and support them.
- Proficiency in computer systems and experience with appointment scheduling software.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy terminology and procedures is an asset but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
