Position Overview:

As a Client Experience Officer, you will be at the forefront of our clinic’s interactions with clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every client receives exceptional care and has a positive experience throughout their journey with us. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  2. Managing client appointments, ensuring scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Providing detailed information about our services, including treatment options, pricing, and insurance coverage.
  4. Assisting clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  5. Answering client inquiries and addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
  6. Collaborating with our team of physiotherapists to ensure seamless coordination of client care.
  7. Maintaining accurate client records and updating our database as required.
  8. Managing client feedback and taking appropriate measures to resolve any issues or concerns.
  9. Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the clinic environment.
  10. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as managing inventory and ordering supplies.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is highly desirable.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
  4. Empathy and compassion towards clients, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist and support them.
  5. Proficiency in computer systems and experience with appointment scheduling software.
  6. Knowledge of physiotherapy terminology and procedures is an asset but not required (we provide training).
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
