Brian

Degree: Bachelor of Science – Physiotherapy

Studied at: Curtin University

Brian’s Story: Brian loves Physiotherapy because it gives him the chance to help people live happy and health lives. After graduating in 2003, Brian began his career at PGSW. He has a special interest in sporting related injuries and lower back pain.  Outside of work, Brian is married to his beautiful wife and has 2 children. He has volunteered in in Laos and Thailand and enjoys fishing, camping and tennis. Brian is quite the ‘foodie’ and loves a well-made coffee.

Claire’s Story: Claire loves Physiotherapy because there are so many ways that Physiotherapists can help people and it is great to see the change she can make in someone’s life, and then to give them the skills to help themselves long term! She has been with PGSW since 2016 and is the light of our Practice with her beautiful smile and bubbly personality. She is passionate about cancer rehabilitation and sporting injuries. She is one of our PINC certified Physios and also runs Physio Exercise sessions and Hydrotherapy classes.  Claire loves going to the beach and the gym, going out for a coffee and road tripping to Margaret River. She is also a member of the running club.

Studied at: Curtin University

Sam’s Story: Sam loves Physiotherapy because she gets to help people feel better and help them achieve their goals. She has been a member of the PGSW team since 2017 with a special interest in sporting injuries. She is one of our PINC certified Physiotherapists. She runs our Healthy Ageing classes and Physio Exercise Sessions.  Outside of work; you will find Sam playing netball, running or at the beach.

Studied at: University of Notre Dame and Curtin University

Ebony’s Story: Ebony loves Physiotherapy because every day is different and there is always more to learn! It is also such a rewarding profession- it is a good feeling to know you are helping people. joined our PGSW team in 2017 and is one of our Senior Physiotherapists. She is also our Women’s Health and incontinence Physio. She assists clients with pelvic floor issues, bladder leakage, prolapse, rectus diastasis (stomach muscle separation) and other conditions related to having a baby.  Ebony is married and has 4 beautiful children. Other than family outings, she has a keen interest in upcycling furniture and DIY home renovations.

Deb’s Story: Deb loves Physiotherapy because it provides some answers to universal problems and she has a passion for helping people with complex and long-term pain conditions. She has a lot of experience in the agricultural industry and a great appreciation for the physical demands of this area. She also has further training in neck pain and headache management as well as the wrist and hand.  Outside of work; Deb is a keen reader, enjoys playing video games for some downtime and loves a good music festival.  Deb is available for appointment in our Harvey practice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

Rodney Siciluk

Rodney’s Story: Rodney loves Physiotherapy because he enjoys the reward of seeing patients improve and became a Physiotherapist because he wanted to help people in need and see them return to the activities they love. Rodney is the newest member to join the PGSW team and he brings with him a special interest in sports and injury prevention. He has experience with the Subiaco Football Club Colts in 2018 and as the Forrestdale Football club Woman’s sports trainer.  His Passion is sports, sports and more sports!  When not at work, Rodney loves going to the gym, going camping on a free weekend and spending time with family.

Samara’s Story: Samara loves Physiotherapy because she gets to help people. To her, it’s that plain and simple. Samara has been with PGSW since early 2019 and she has a special interest in Women’s Health. She also has lots of experience in taping and sports injury management from her sports training. Outside of work, Samara loves to spend time at the beach. She can’t say no to going out and finding a new place to explore. Samara also has a passion for makeup and anything that will make her move outside of her comfort zone.

Pat’s Story: Pat loves Physiotherapy because the simplest things can have the greatest impacts on people’s lives. Pat started at PGSW after moving to Western Australia in early 2019 with a special interest in chronic pain and sporting injuries. When Pat isn’t at work; he loves going to the beach and always appreciates getting any kind of advice on gardening and cooking from clients.

Kyle’s Story: Kyle loves Physiotherapy because it gives him the chance to help people live happy and health lives.  Kyle started working at PGSW in early 2019  and has a passion in sporting related injuries, lower back pain and chronic pain. Outside of work; you’ll find Kyle either playing tennis or in a tennis tournament. If he’s not on the court, Kyle will be outside fishing and camping.

 

Rodney Gass

Rodney’s Story: Rodney loves Physiotherapy because he likes helping people move better and get back to doing the things they love.  Rodney joined PGSW in January 2019. He is interested in shoulder injury rehab and chronic lower back pain. Rodney has extensive experience in Personal Training and a particular interest in exercise injury rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science as well as Physiotherapy. He loves to keep fit and healthy himself and is extremely passionate about helping you enjoy doing the things you love. When not at work; Rod likes going to the gym, off-roading and camping. He enjoys playing guitar, paddle boarding, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Sharon

Sharon’s Story: Sharon began with the practice in 1999 and started as receptionist. Due to her knowledge, experience and leadership skills, she has now been the Practice Manager since 2011. Sharon works very hard behind the scenes to ensure your experience at PGSW is seamless and efficient. Sharon grew up in New Zealand and came to Australia in 1997. She’s called Collie home for 35 years, and is married with 3 wonderful sons. She loves to travel, enjoys photography, swimming, going to the movies, drinking coffee and treating herself to spa treatments! Her bucket list is to go to Italy with her husband and stomp the grapes, and to caravan around Australia.

 

Wanda

Wanda’s Story: Wanda has been a great asset to the PGSW team joining us in 2000 and became the Australind Practice Manager in 2008. Wanda grew up in Canada and has been in Australia since 1997. You’ll often find Wanda camping and getting away from the city. Her bucket list is to see all of Australia!

Gail’s Story: Gail started with PGSW in 2014 at the front desk and has gone on to manage our accounts and occupational health and safety. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Gail loves to spend time with her husband, likes to read and she has a passion for travel and sports cars- especially Ferraris.

Bonny’s Story: Since starting in 2018 Bonny has been our PGSW photographer and a smiley face at the front desk. When Bonny isn’t at work; you will find her playing soccer, camping and fishing. Bonny loves spending time with her partner and entertaining their dogs.

Renae’s Story: We are very excited to have welcomed Renae, our newest Client Experience Officer! Renae is based in our Collie practice. She is married and has two beautiful boys. She is also a local Hockey star!

Teresa’s Story: Teresa is one of our Customer Relations super stars! She has worked at PGSW since 2015. She loves to meet new people and interact with clients. Teresa is married with 2 gorgeous daughters. She enjoys going to the races, going out for a meal and travelling and has visited much of Asia. Teresa is a valued part of our team, is full of life and enjoys having a laugh.

Leah’s Story: Leah joined the PGSW team in early 2019. You will find her at the front desk and behind the scenes doing the social media marketing for the company. Leah is married to her high school crush and together they have a beautiful daughter. When not at work you will find Leah horse riding on the family farm, spending time with her family or doing anything creative.

Nikita’s Story: Nikita has been with PGSW since 2017 and you will find her happy face at the front of the Australind practice. When not at  work Nikita loves being surrounded by nature whether that’s camping or out in the ocean snorkelling. She is a keen drawer and has a passion for fighting the war on plastic in the world.

Toni’s Story: Toni is our Harvey Customer Service champion with great sense of humour and has been with us since early 2019. Toni is married with 2 wonderful daughters. She loves getting into deep conversations about why humans do the things we do and spending time relaxing with her 2 Labradors.

Jasmine’s Story:  Jas loves Physiotherapy because she loves helping people, and more recently has fallen in love with developing a team who love to help people! We can reach so many more people! At the age of 15, after completing work experience at a Physiotherapy practice, Jasmine was inspired to help people. Once she graduated in 2006, she went on to work with children with disabilities at Therapy Focus. Soon after joining the team at PGSW Jas had the opportunity to buy the Practice and continue her passion for helping people. Jasmine has a special interest in Women’s Health, exercise rehabilitation, paediatrics and practice management. She has steered the practice forward to now encompassing 3 Practice locations, and was recently awarded Business Person and Business of the Year at the 2016 South-West Small Business Awards.  Outside of work; Jasmine, and her supportive husband Kyle, have 2 beautiful children. She enjoys running, playing Volleyball and spending time with her family.
