Our yoga sessions are:

  • Small and Personalized: We maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and guidance.

  • Led by Experienced Instructor: Originally from Japan, Kanae is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher. Her expertise and passion for yoga make her classes a valuable opportunity for individuals seeking to enhance their well-being and cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies. Kanae is deeply rooted in the world of holistic wellness. With years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher, she also holds additional certifications as a breathwork and meditation instructor, and is also a Remedial Massage Therapist here at PGSW. Kanae is skilled  at tailoring each class to meet the needs of the group while accommodating individual goals and abilities.

  • Equipped for Comfort: We provide all necessary equipment, including mats, blocks, bolsters and straps. Just bring yourself in comfortable, flexible clothing and a positive attitude!

Class Details

Yoga

  • Location: Physio Group South-West Australind

  • Schedule: Thursday 5pm-6pm (New classes coming soon, please register your interest!)

  • Duration: Each session lasts approximately 1 hour

  • Cost: Casual attendance $25 per class, 8 class membership $160.
